Amazing guy, solved my laptop problem in under 30 minutes without breaking the bank or trying to scam me into buying and replacing. Kept trying over and over until he found the problem. Definitely the place to go to.

Leaving a review just as a thanks for pointing me in the right direction. My issue turned out to be more specialized, as my portable hard drive was internally damaged. The gentleman at the counter, Dory, had a good understanding of what to do, and recommended a shop called ASAP Data Recovery, who he’d dealt with before. He even made a call to them for me to check and see if they were still handling those kinds of things, and then gave me directions on where to go. There’s something to be said about small businesses who are willing to help even if they have to send you somewhere else. Should I ever need Watt Computer Repair for their services, I will absolutely be back to give them my business. Thank you!

These guys are great. Brought in a freshly dropped gaming laptop that I thought was gone – spiders on the screen, lights flickering. Less than a week later, they call me back. It’s back up and running perfectly. My daughter is back to her gaming in time for the next event. Amazing service, knowledgeable, and responsive. Thank you, I will definitely come back should another disaster strike.

I run a small consulting business and am heavily dependent on my computer. Without it, I can’t bring in revenue. Unfortunately it recently started to freeze up repeatedly.
I reached out late in the day, but Dory returned my call, discussed my problem, and arranged to assist me remotely the next morning. By the next morning he had researched the problem, had discussed it with a colleague, and had a good idea as to the problem. He was able to repair it quickly and get me back to work. The charge was more than reasonable and the customer service could not have been better.
I highly recommend this business for those needing assistance with computer repairs.

I stopped by to get a tiny screw removed from my keyboard after spending hours trying to get it out myself. A really nice gentleman helped me and had it out in seconds. Super smooth experience overall, and I’d definitely recommend this place.

I can share only a positive experience with Watt Computer Repair. I went in last week for my computer battery and Dory was able to fix it in a timely manner (2 days). This week, I inquired about my at home camera system and Alex (their camera specialist) came to my house to access the issue. He took the power unit back to fix the issue (power port) and was able to fix it. Came back the same day and fixed our camera system, which now works beautifully! Both times, the price was exceptionally reasonable for the time worked and I was pleasantly happy with the service. Highly recommend Watt Computer Repair for your tech needs.

Great Store with excellent customer service and reasonable prices. I needed to have my laptop and desktop computers repaired, they were slow and freezing up on me.Dory made both computers work perfectly. I am so glad that we have a local store that is honest and does quality work. I highly recommend him, and so do most of the businesses in this complex.

This is my third build. Whenever I want a new PC, Watt Computer is my go to. Dory has always been reliable and I know I can trust him. Was able to reach out before my build to make sure the components would be a good fit. He was able to get my gaming PC up and gaming within a few days. You can’t go wrong with Watt Computer for your PC needs.

After I dropped my laptop, I took it to Dory who was knowledgeable and helpful. New parts ordered and installed quickly and I’ve got a laptop working better than it did when I brought it in. I hope not to drop my computer again, but if (when) I do I know where I’ll be taking it.

I contacted Dory earlier last month when my MacBook screen wouldn’t turn on but the sounds and lights remain. I contacted Apple, and they informed me of a total that was basically twice the amount Dory charged (and they disclaimed that all my data would be wiped out which I’ve done before because I thought it was the only option) but Dory both communicated fast and fixed my laptop in just a few hours. Definitely recommend (:

I got my keyboard replaced here within 2 hours! I needed it back before my work deadline and Dory got it done in no time. Very impressed as it’s a big job. Very impressed wouldn’t let anyone touch my MacBook again after i saw how many screws needed to come of then on. His prices are the best I called around and he was unbeatable! Thanks again! You’re the best!

Had an emergency broken laptop hinge and Dory was very quick to respond!
For the same day, I called at 10AM, arrived at 10:30AM, and left before 11:15AM!
Definitely keeping his card and recommending him to friends and classmates! Overall, top tier service from Dory!!

Dory from the computer repair company was amazing! He was reliable, honest, and did fantastic quality work, all while being polite and professional. When my alien ware laptop stopped working after falling, he diagnosed it as needing a replacement motherboard, which he did flawlessly. Not only did he stick to the agreed price, but he also upgraded my RAM from 16 GB to 32 GB. I’m thrilled with his service and will definitely bring my gaming desktop to him for upgrades. So glad I found him – highly recommend!
